These lead times are estimates and may vary dependent on season and workload. Any changes will be updated on the website and customers will be informed of expected delivery dates upon placing an order. Items are dispatched First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, unless otherwise agreed.


Payments can be made via our secure SSL payment system using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal.

For custom work, a quotation will first be given and upon acceptance, an invoice will be sent. Work will proceed on a customer's order immediately on receiving payment of the invoice.


Trekkertent aims to ship products of the highest quality and free from defects.  Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive the goods. Should there be any issues with the product please inform Trekkertent by email or letter within 7 days of receiving the order. The Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (formerly the Distance SellingRegulations) state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods (except customised products). Goods will be accepted back for a full refund or repair provided they are returned clean, undamaged and unused, within 14 days from initial delivery date. Trekkertent will refund the original postage cost and, in the case of defective goods, the return postage cost. Trekkertent reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery, in which case the customer will be refunded in full.
